How much experience do you have with photography?

I have been glued to my camera for the past 13 years. Ever since I was young, I have been documenting my life through photography. I have studied under two different photographers, and have taken years of photography courses in college. I have also photographed over 65 weddings since I began wedding photography in 2013, and have worked 5 different photography jobs before starting my business.

How long will it take to receive our photos from our session?

For weddings, galleries will be delivered within 4 weeks of the wedding date. For all other photoshoots, galleries will be delivered within 2 weeks of the session date.

Can we get ALL of the photographs from our session, or the RAW files?

Rest assured, I go through each collection of photos very carefully and remove any photos that are identical, as well as blurry, out of focus or overexposed photos, and include everything else that I know you would want to see. A lot of the posing that I do during our session requires a few test shots before the real magic happens. I overshoot because people tend to blink or make awkward faces every now and then. For this reason, I do not send out RAW photos from the gallery.

Do you sell prints or canvases?

Absolutely! I sell prints, mounted prints, metal prints, and canvases in a variety of different sizes. The printing lab that I use is color-calibrated to my computer, which means all of the prints will be true to color - just as you received them. With Walgreens or other alternatives, sometimes the color will be printed inaccurately, since they are not color-calibrated to my computer.

What happens next after I fill out the contact form?

I will reach out to you within 24 hours via e-mail to provide a copy of my contract that outlines all of my policies, as well as my pricing guide. From there, we can meet over coffee (my treat), or we can have a phone consultation if that is more convenient for you. We’ll chat about what you are looking for and how I can best assist you as your wedding photographer!

Can we ask to not have our photos posted on social media or your website?

Of course! In each contract, I specify that I have permission to use all images for advertising as I see fit; however, you can opt out of this if you would rather keep the photographs private. Your best experience and your privacy are of utmost importance to me.

Do you offer newborn sessions?

I do offer newborn photoshoots as well. I have a great deal of experience photographing newborns - I used to work for Bella Baby, and have photographed nearly 900 newborns and their families. If you are interested in booking an in-home newborn session or a Fresh 48 session, feel free to inquire!
