Baby Stanley

Hello again everyone! Today’s blog post is all about this adorable little guy Stanley.

It was a peaceful, rainy April morning in Chicago, which made for perfect lighting indoors. The family had giant windows in their main room, so we placed the basket adjacent to it and got beautiful, diffused light coming from outside. Stanley had a full belly when we started, but the more I moved him around, the more he woke up and realized he wanted extra food. These little guys just want to sleep and eat. If they’re not sleeping, they’re most likely eating. And vice versa!

The family had a few beautiful blankets that they allowed me to use for the pictures. Occasionally, their pet cat would come by and check out what was going on too. She was really sweet, and you could tell she loves this new addition to the family!
